Gilbert Lee, FCMA, CGMA

Gilbert Lee is Executive Chairman of Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, Vice-Chairman of Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited and Chief of Staff to Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank. He leads corporate strategy, M&A, CE Office, Chinese Mainland business and Hang Seng Indexes.

He co-led a RMB30 billion divestment of a shareholding in a top-10 Chinese commercial bank in 2015, setting a record at the time as the largest A-share institutional block trade. He also co-led the establishment of the first onshore foreign-majority-owned joint venture fund management company on the Chinese Mainland for the bank in 2016.

He started the Bank's strategic partnerships including Cyberport, Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, City University of Hong Kong and most recently the University of Hong Kong since 2019. Gilbert won for the Bank a Central Bank Digital Currency Award by the HKMA in 2022 and authored a report on e-HKD programmable payment published and endorsed by HKMA in 2023. He was named Distinguished Chief Innovation Officer in 2024 and appointed Convenor of Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee in 2025.

Gilbert is a Member of Mainland Business Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, and a frequent speaker at conferences, including Asian Financial Forum, FinTech Week, the Belt and Road Summit and HKIB Annual Conference.

He earned an MBA from INSEAD and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). His range of international professional credentials also include Fellow of Australia CPA (FCPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Alfred Ramosedi, FCMA, CGMA

Alfred Ramosedi, FCMA, CGMA, was elected as the 93rd CIMA President and 11th Co-Chair of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants on 24 June 2026.

Alfred is a business leader with over three decades of experience across South Africa’s financial and professional services sector. He began his career at Nedbank Limited in 1995, where he held senior and executive roles over a 15-year period. In 2008, Alfred was appointed Managing Executive of Nedbank Private Bank, before moving to ABSA Bank in 2010 and African Bank in 2012. In 2017, he became CEO of Bayport Financial Services – South Africa, part of a leading financial services company specialising in responsible consumer lending and financial wellness programmes in developing markets.

Andrew Harding, FCMA, CGMA

Jack Chan, JP

Jack oversees all business functions of EY in Greater China, managing 34 offices and 24,000 employees in the region.

With over three decades of experience in financial services consulting and auditing, his area of knowledge spans from listing reporting, due diligence to consulting services for Chinese, Asian and European financial institutions.

Jack is an active member in the community in Hong Kong and mainland China. Currently, he is a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). In Hong Kong, he serves at various government advisory committees including the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service and the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform. Jiao Jie, FCMA, CGMA

Dean, PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University

Professor Jiao Jie is dean, chair professor and doctoral supervisor at PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. He studied at Tsinghua University School of Economic and Management for bachelor and master’s degrees, and obtained his doctoral degree at George Washington University.

His main research fields include: strategic planning and investment, management innovation, state-owned asset management, industrial and regional development strategies.

Professor Jiao is also dean of Tsinghua University Institute for State-owned Assets Management, chief economist and honorary chief editor of State Assets Management. He is Fellow of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA), and holds the professional competence of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CGMA) and Chinese Senior Management Accountant. He has been in charge of or participated in many research projects including projects sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Professor Jiao has published over 50 research papers on top journals in the world and in China, as well as 16 business cases, and important policy research reports. He has won Excellent Teaching Award at Tsinghua University and First Prize in Teaching at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. His research was awarded Second Prize for Excellent Scientific Research Achievements in Higher Education by the Ministry of Education, and First Prize of Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Achievements.

Irene Teng

Noel Tagoe, FCMA, CGMA

Noel Tagoe is a Professor and Dean of Nile Business School at Nile University of Nigeria in Abuja, Nigeria. He is also the Chief Executive of Park Knowles Ltd, a UK consultancy firm that provides advisory, research and training services in Finance, Education, Strategy, Technology and Sustainability.

Noel is a member of the Board of Npontu Technologies, a Ghanaian technology firm that specializes in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in business, and the board of the Policy Innovation Centre, an economic and social policy think tank in Nigeria. He is also an advisor to leading global and regional companies in the automotive, aviation, financial services, telco and FMCG industries on strategy, finance transformation, digitalization, managing disruption and sustainability.

Until recently Noel was a Professor of Accounting Practice at Nottingham University Business School and a member of the Board of CIPD, the global HR Professional Body. Previously he served as the Executive Vice President, Research & Curricula at AICPA-CIMA. In that capacity he worked with partners across the world to develop competency frameworks and design learning systems to enhance the employability of finance professionals.

Tan Lixia, FCMA, CGMA

Ms. Tan Lixia is a Chinese national and a member of the Communist Party of China. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics, an MBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), and a Doctor in Advanced Professional Studies (Applied Finance) from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA), a Senior Certified International Internal Control Professional (CICP), and a CPA Australia. Zhou Ye

With over 30 years of experience in the IT and payment sectors, he has long focused on fintech innovation and enterprise digitalization services. He previously held mid-to-senior management roles at multiple renowned software companies and China UnionPay.

In the two decades since its founding, Huifu Payment has grown into a leading intelligent digital payment enterprise. The company specializes in global intelligent collection, fund flow management and digital ecosystem development. In 2018, Huifu Payment was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, earning the reputation of "Asia’s First Payment Stock".

Vicky Li, FCMA, CGMA

As the Vice President, North Asia of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA), Vicky Li oversees the operation in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mongolia, South Korea, and Japan. She is also Secretary General, CGMA 100 - the North Asia Management Accounting Leaders Think Tank. Vicky is a fellow member of CIMA (FCMA), CGMA designation holder, and she holds the senior professional title. Brian Zhu, FCMA, CGMA

Mr Brian Zhu was appointed Chief Financial Officer of UOB China in July 2018, where he also serves as Chief Data Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer.

Mr Zhu has over 20 years of professional experience in banking. He joined UOB China in 2013 to oversee finance, treasury, and corporate administration services. Prior to joining UOB, he served at Standard Chartered Bank in various financial and risk management roles, which include Senior Director of Global Market Risk Department, Deputy Finance Director of Financial Markets, and Asset and Liability Management Manager. Mr Zhu began his banking career at Ernst & Young by providing IPO audits and business merger consultation to multiple domestic and international financial institutions.

Joy Song, FCMA, CGMA

With over 20 years of experience in the finance field spanning both China and the United States, Joy is a seasoned finance leader with a global strategic perspective. Before joining Medtronic, she served as the Vice President of Finance at Haleon, a joint venture between GSK and Pfizer, starting in 2018. Following the integration of the consumer healthcare businesses of GSK and Pfizer, she successfully established the finance team for Greater China at the new company, drove the digital transformation of finance, and ensured the smooth spin-off and independent listing of the consumer healthcare business. Joy Song also served as the Finance Director for Johnson & Johnson’s orthopedic business in China, where she led the development of localization projects and advocated for building financial capabilities.

Prior to her roles in China, Joy Song worked in the United States for 13 years, holding several key finance positions in GSK’s consumer healthcare business and Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Her responsibilities expanded from the U.S. market to global categories. Her career began in Deloitte's audit team, and before moving to the U.S., she also worked for Kodak and BP.

Joy holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. She also earned a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Kathy Chen, USCPA

Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer, SB CHINA CAPITAL

Kathy Chen brings over 30 years of extensive financial and operational experience. She joined SB China Venture Capital (“SBCVC”) in 2010 and currently serves as Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining SBCVC, Ms. Chen accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. She served as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Volaris Capital, a derivative products group within Credit Suisse. Earlier in her career, she was a Tax Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Chen has been a U.S. Certified Public Accountant since 2001.

She earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Fordham University. Since September 2010, she has served as a Board Member of the China Venture Capital Finance Organization (CVCFO). In addition, she has served as an Independent Board Member and the Audit Committee Chair for public listed companies.

Lee Hui Fong

Controller, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)

Ms. Hui Fong Lee leads the Office of the Controller at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), where she holds primary responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the Bank's financial position. As Controller, her portfolio encompasses financial reporting, internal controls, loan management, and the Bank's day-to-day financial operations.

Under her leadership, the Office of the Controller has also taken a pioneering role in advancing AIIB's commitment to transparency and accountability. Lee spearheads the Bank's sustainability reporting initiatives, ensuring that AIIB's financial and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance is communicated with the highest standards of clarity and reliability.

Lee brings a wealth of expertise from her prior role as an Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young, where she led audits for large international financial institutions. She is a Certified Public Accountant in both Malaysia and Hong Kong, China.

Liu Meng

Head, China Office, United Nations Global Compact

Ms. Meng Liu leads the China Office of the UN Global Compact, the international organization that invent the concept of ESG and currently the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. She joined the United Nations in 2007 at UN-OHRLLS, then served the UN Global Compact in New York and Beijing for nearly two decades including roles as Regional Head for Asia etc. Prior to the UN, her experiences include the Asia Foundation in San Francisco and World Resources Institute in Washington D.C. focusing on climate change and sustainable development.

She graduated from University of San Francisco with a master degree and was Asian Fellow with Harvard Kennedy School and US Business Law Fellow with Columbia Law School. Ms. Liu received executive education on Leadership, Policy Innovation & Geopolitics in Asia-Pacific from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy from National University of Singapore.

She was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2015 and Top 10 Chinese Women with brand impact in 2021. As a member of Global Future Council on Frontier Risks from 2020 to 2022, Ms. Liu is also one of the contributing authors of the Global Risks Report.

In 2024, Ms. Liu launched and hosted ESG+20 Sustainable Leadership Dialogue, reaching millions of audiences in partnership with mainstream media outlets, featuring leadership insights on ESG and sustainability from Top Executives. She is the Book Author of Responsibility Changes the World-UN Global Compact Leading Business Revolution Worldwide that aimed to mainstream ESG, responsible investment and sustainability at large.

Christina Zeng, FCMA, CGMA

Christina Zeng is a seasoned business leader with deep expertise spanning finance, digital transformation, and emerging technology services. She previously served as CFO of Lenovo SSG China and CFO of Lenovo Worldwide Services. Since 2019, she has led Lenovo Financial Leasing and successfully transformed the organization from a traditional financing platform into a strategic enabler of Lenovo’s services-led growth strategy.

Under her leadership, Lenovo pioneered the integration of computing services with innovative financing models, helping enterprises accelerate AI adoption through flexible, outcome-driven solutions. She has played a pivotal role in developing Lenovo TruScale Services and scaling Lenovo’s proven As-a-Service business model from China to global markets, expanding both its commercial impact and global reach.

As AI reshapes industries worldwide, Christina is leading Lenovo’s strategic expansion into Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC). In China, she has championed an integrated investment, construction, and operations model to accelerate the deployment of full-stack AIDC. Aaron Huang, FCMA, CGMA

Mr. Hongfei Huang (Aaron) joined CHAGEE in October 2024 as the chief financial officer with responsible for full scope of financial matters, including strategy, financial planning & reporting, tax, treasury, capital investment, profitability management, capital market and corporate governance, also managing supply chains and IT functions.

Before joining us, Mr. Huang was a veteran in McDonald’s Great China with 28 years’ experience, with last role of the chief financial officer.

Steven Zhan, FCMA and CGMA, is the Chief Financial Officer of LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort. He has over 25 years of finance leadership and business support experience across multinational companies, including L’Oréal, Swarovski, Shanghai Jahwa and Avon China, with exposure to consumer goods, beauty, retail, manufacturing and theme park sectors. Steven’s expertise covers strategic finance, budgeting and performance management, joint venture governance, capital return, risk control and cross-functional business partnering. At LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort, he leads finance, procurement, IT and governance support functions and has played a key role in supporting the project’s transition from development and delivery to full operation. As a CIMA Fellow and CGMA designation holder, Steven is particularly focused on the practical role of management accounting in strategy execution, resource allocation and quality decision-making.

Amanda He, FCMA, CGMA

Amanda He, graduated from the Department of Finance, Xi’an Jiaotong University. US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), actively practitioner in Washington State, and FCMA, CGMA.

Upon graduation, Amanda worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. She later joined General Electric (China) Co., where she held successive roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager, and Senior Asia FP&A Director.

Since May 2020, Amanda has served as APAC Finance Director at Consumer Lighting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (formerly General Electric Lighting (China) Group). In the position, she is fully responsible for the financial operations of all Asian subsidiaries under US headquarter, reporting to the Group CFO and Board of Directors. Her responsibilities encompass financial operations and consolidated financial reporting across Asia-Pacific region, coordination of cross-border businesses and tax-related matters, and financial partnerships with joint ventures.

During her tenure, she has received multiple internal awards and team recognitions for outstanding financial management talent within General Electric Group. Notably, she was awarded the Group CEO Special Recognition Award in July 2022 and the Group CFO “Spotlight 500” Award in May 2024.
